Lakki Marwat: At least six security personnel were injured after unidentified militants attacked a Pakistan Army Colony in Lakki Marwat, a district of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhua province, here on Saturday.
According to sources, the militants attacked the army colony in Serai Naurang town of the Lakki Marwat at 3 am, injuring at least six personnel.
“Continuous blasts and firing have been heard from the area,” they said adding that militants were using rocket launchers and heavy weaponry in the attack.
Security forces have cordoned off the area and more deployment has been summoned in the area to counter the militants’ offense.
