Islamabad: The Federal Investigation Authority (FIA) on Thursday submitted its report regarding the arrest of Tauqeer Sadiq in Abu Dhabi to the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
The FIA officials submitted the report to a two-judge bench of the apex court headed by Justice Jawad S Khawaj and said that they had asked National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to work for his handover.
Justice Jawad S Khawaja remarked that the witnesses showed that Sadiq would not come back.
Justice Khilji Arif Hussain, the member of the bench, said that it was not a matter of handover, adding that Sadiq was a Pakistani citisen and his passport had been cancelled.
