Islamabad: Pakistan ruling Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and its allies have agreed to dissolve the National Assembly on March 14 and hold elections in May, reports say.
Chaudhry Shujaat, the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader and senior politician, told reports said all the coalition partners had an agreement over dissolving lower house on March 14.
Sources say Munir Orakzai suggested March 14 for dissolving the NA during the meeting of coalition partners chaired by President Asif Ali Zardari.
