Peshawar: Taliban sources have confirmed the killing of pro-Pakistan Mulla Nazir in a drone attack yesterday that also resulted in the death of 14 other people.
They also said that his funeral prayers of the deceased leader were offered at 11:00 in the morning in Azam Warsak, 100 kilometer off Wana, Waziristan.
News sources said that the Taliban leader on the target of CIA for long, and was killed in the agency’s sponsored air assault on Thursday.
Second drone attack in 24 hours
