Quetta: Becoming more furious as another doctor was kidnapped earlier today, doctors on strike strongly criticised Balochistan government’s incompetence to control kidnapping incidents.
Polices sources said that Dr Abul Aziz was kidnapped by unidentified men from Sariab road while his car was found from eastern bypass.
Family of the victim, other doctors and staff of ‘Helper Eye Hospital Quetta’ are in fear and depression as the recent abduction has taken place only 13 days after release of an eye specialist Dr Saeed Khan.
The total count of abducted doctors in last two years has reached 17 and majority of them have been released after payment of ransom.
Doctors announced to continue their strike until further decision from Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) Balochistan.
