Islamabad: Arsalan Iftikhar on Friday said that finally his innocence has been proven in the Supreme Court of Pakistan and his opponents have failed to prove any allegation leveled against him.
Talking to media outside SC, the son of Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry said that he was neither involved in tax evasion nor tried to influence the court.
“My opponents have only leveled allegations against me but they failed to submit any proof in support of their claims,” he said.
The CJP son also told reporters that he had declared all his assets and he was ready to provide his bank statements and tax returns to media representatives.
“I am ready to face any court probing this matter,” Iftikhar said adding that he had submitted a 200 page statement in Suddle commission.
The CJP son further said that he would file a lawsuit against business tycoon Malik Riaz Hussain for damaging his reputation.
