Islamabad: The Shoaib Suddle commission filed its interim report in the Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday.
According to news reports, the commission could not prove Arsalan Iftikhar’s assets of rupees 90 million. However, it said that the son of Chief Justice of Pakistan. Fearing huge tax evasion, it said both the parties did not submit tax statements for the last three years.
Meanwhile, Malik Riaz counsel, Zahid Bukhari said that they do not accept the report as ‘it has many errors’. He said they are happy even if only one evidence put forth by his client was proved true.
He said that they will ‘reveal important information on the hearing of the case on 7 December.
