Karachi: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan has said that military action is never a solution towards any problem, adding that an ‘unbiased police’ can rid Karachi of the prevailing law and order crisis.
Imran said that government has failed in maintaining law and order in the port city and one should not be hopeful of them or their coalition partners in this regard.
He made it clear that PTI condemns sectarianism as Islam doesn’t allow one to impose their philosophy on others.
About the forthcoming elections, he said that these should be held on time ‘no matter what the circumstances of law and order may be’. He said people should vote for political parties who do not have ‘militant wing’ associated to them.
He also said that the PTI will sit on opposition benches if it doesn’t win majority of votes. He announced on the occasion that his party will soon organize a program in Sukkar.
