Karachi: Chief Justice Sindh High Court Justice Musheer Alam has suspended the orders of ban on riding motorcycle in Karachi, a metropolitan of Pakistan.
Pakistan’s Interior Minister Rehman Malik Thursday in an unexpected announcement said that motorcycle riding would be banned in two metropolitans of Pakistan, Karachi and Quetta, on Friday (tomorrow).
According to sources, Justice Musheer Alam issued orders of suspension after receiving a written application from Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA).
The application written by SHCBA secretary Shahab Sarki was submitted by SHCBA President Anwar Mansoor Khan.
The CJ Sindh High Court also summoned Home secretory, IG Sindh and Advocate General at 11 am on Friday.
