Karachi: A young non-Muslim Pakistani girl, who wanted to change her religion, jumped from the first floor of Karachi’s local court on Thursday.
According to The News Tribe Urdu, the non-Muslim girl named as Sunita wanted to convert to Islam for her marriage with a Muslim boy. But she panicked when she saw her parents in the court and jumped from the first floor of the building.
“Sunita got severe wounds after the jump…Police took her into detention and shifted her to nearby hospital.”
The court sent Sunita to Shelter home (Darul Aman) after the incident.
