Lahore: The names of six players have been proposed to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for the team to play in the Hong Kong Super Sixes tournament which is scheduled to be played on October 27, 28.
Sources said that Abdul Razzaq, Umer Akmal, Junaid Khan, Yasir Shah, Hammad Azam and Tanvir Ahmed were the six players whose name had been proposed for the tournament.
However, the sources said that the name of Abdul Razzaq could be dropped from the team for his remarks against Mohammad Hafeez, the Pakistani skipper, and the team management. “Razzaq’s name will be included in the team after the PCB’s clearance.”
The PCB had issued show-cause notice to Razzaq over the remarks.
