Islamabad: Interior Minister Rehman Malik has called on Sardar Akhtar Mengal not to vilify armed forces as his statement could damage Pakistan’s integrity.
Speaking to media on Friday he said that being a patriotic Pakistani the Baloch National Party chief should not make such statement.
He said matching Mengal’s six point with as that of Sheikh Mujib’s would not be appropriate. He said though there were some important things in Mengal’s 6-points, the issue was sub-judice.
The minister said that there was information of suicide bombers entering Islamabad. He added that there were also fears of terrorists activities in Lahore and Karachi.
Malik said that 120 people out of 201 arrested during the violent protests against the anti-Islam film were Afghan nationals.
