Tehran: Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari Wednesday has arrived Tehran, capital of Islamic republic of Iran, to attend the summit of Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
The President was warmly welcomed by Iran’s Interior Minister Mostafa Mohammad-Najjar at Imam Khomeini International Airport.
PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Interior Minister Rehman Malik also accompanied President Zardari.
Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is expected to meet Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari in Iran during NAM Summit on August 29.
Both the leaders are expected to meet each other on the sidelines of the summit. The two leaders would review the progress in bilateral relations in various fields.
