Washington: Apple has filled the petition in court to ban South Korean Samsung’s eight devices including Galaxy S II, S, Prevail, Droid Charge and Tab 10.1 in the United States.
This act by Apple came after winning software and design patent case against Samsung over iPhone and iPad.
According to the verdict, the devices listed have all infringed on Apple’s patents or trade dress allegations in one way or another.
