Quetta: At least five persons including woman and two children were killed and 10 others injured in a blast in house in Quetta city, rescue sources on Sunday.
The sources said that the blast occurred in a house of Dr Azam Mengal, situated on Sariab Road. “The blast has damaged the house completely,” they added.
Local people with the help of rescue teams shifted the injured and bodies to hospital.
The bomb disposal squad said that about 80 to 100 kilogramme explosive was used in the blast, adding that the explosive was planted in a vehicle.
