Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday resumed hearing into a case pertaining to law and order situation and forced disappearances in Balochistan.
The three-judge bench headed by the Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry comprises Justice Jawad S Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain was hearing the case.
The bench summoned the Secretary Defence Nargis Sethi at 11:30am on Wednesday (today) and remarked that they would give their orders to her.
During previous hearing the bench expressed displeasure on the press conference of Inspector General Frontier Corps and remarked that they would summon Chief of the Army Staff Gen Kayani over the issue.
It is to mention here that FC chief Major Gen Ubaidullah Khan Khattak had held a press conference shortly after appearing before the apex court and said 21 foreign agencies were operating in the province. He had also said that the propaganda was being done against the paramilitary force (FC).
