Islamabad: Minutes after memo commission submitted its report to the court, revealing that Hussain Haqqani, Pakistan’s former ambassador to the US, was behind the memo, he started to plead his case on twitter, while during the course of memo commission hearing he remained reluctant to come to Pakistan.
Haqqani posted a bizarre message: “Those who endorsed military dictators and allowed them 2 amend constitution cannot judge my -or anyone else’s-patriotism,” an obvious reference to the courts.
However, he knows well, it was he, not a single judge of the present judiciary who admired General Ziaul Haq.
