Islamabad: Bahira Town Chief Executive Ali Riaz has submitted his statement to the Supreme Court of Pakistan in Arsalan Iftikhar case.
It is said in the statement that the Bahria Town has nothing to do with the allegations against Arsalan Iftikhar Chaudhry case. He distanced himself from the allegations of a deal between CJ’s son and Malik Riaz, ex chairman of Bahria Town.
The statement was submitted through his lawyer Ali Zafar advocate here on Tuesday, submitting that the shares of Mali Riaz had been transferred to Mrs Bina Riaz and Ali Riaz was made chief executive of the Bahria Town in July 2008.
He said that allegations by Hamid Mir, Shaheen Sehbai and Karman Khan’s allegations against Bahria Town were not right.
Ali Riaz Malik said the Bahria Town was a corporate institution and had paid its taxes and duties.
