Singapore: An Indonesian maid, who had been working for her employer for only about a year, has been charged with adding menstrual blood in her employer’s coffee.
The alleged incident occurred last summer at the house of her 38-year-old employer, who will likely never leave a drink unattended again, MSN reported.
The short and small-built domestic worker Jumiah said through an Indonesian interpreter that she was pleading guilty.
Her case will be mentioned in a week’s time. Bail of $5,000 was offered, another report said.
