London: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain on Thursday telephoned Interior Minister Rehman Malik and demanded of the latter to take notice of MQM workers’ killing in Karachi.
The MQM chief told Rehman Malik that five activists of MQM were killed in last three days, which included Malir UC Nazim Khursheed Iqbal and former councilor of Society Sector Muhammad Anwar Alam.
He said that killings of MQM workers are highly condemnable, demanding Interior Minister to take notice of it and to maintain law and order situation in the city.
Malik condoled the killings of MQM workers with the party chief, assuring the probe would be conducted and culprits brought to justice.
