Karachi: Sindh government decided on Wednesday to send 200 officers on deputation back to their respective departments.
According to sources, in compliance with the Supreme Court Registry’s order, Sindh government took the decision.
The sources further said that the most of the officers were working in the departments of municipality, revenue, finance and education.
Sindh Government also ordered Accountant General Sindh not to release salaries of the officers. Special Secretary of Chief Minister Ata Mohammad Panhwar and municipality secretary were also among the officers.
It may be pertinent to mention here that earlier on April 16, Sindh government decided to send around 100 officers on deputation back to their respective departments.
