Karachi: Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday granted one month leave to Home Minister Sindh Manzoor Wasan, sources said on Tuesday.
The sources said that Sindh’s Provincial government has decided to change Home Minister Sindh Manzoor Wasan and IG Sindh Mushtaq Shah
Talking to media Wasan said that he was going to London for the treatment of his spinal cord.
“I am facing a problem in my spinal cord since 2007 and now the pain is out of control,” he added.
The Home Minister said that surely he would return Pakistan and would continue to retain his post.
“The law and order situation in the city would be look after by Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah,” he added.
He further said that it was his desire that peace and harmony would prevail in Karachi.
