Islamabad: A seven-member special bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan resumed the hearing of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani’s contempt of court case on Tuesday.

He said that he would try to stop collision of the judiciary and the government in the case. “The is no contempt of court law in the country,” he said.
During his arguments on Friday before the seven-member bench Aitzaz said that the Prime Minister thought that the letter to the Swiss officials could not be written at present.
He said that the ministry of law had advised the PM to not write letter the officials.
Justice Nasir-ul-Milk remarked that the matter relating to president’s immunity was not at all raised at the stage of review.
