Islamabad: demanding an inquiry into a plane crash near Islamabad that killed 127 people on Friday, MQM leader and federal minister Dr Farooq Sattar has stressed the need to improve aviation system in the country.
He said that though there was no alternate of human life, payment of compensations should be ensured to the families of victims following the investigation into the crash.
Sattar said that all the questions being raised into the incident should be answered but there should be no speculations in this regard.
He demanded of the government that the inquiry should be overseen by the parliament and its committees.
