London: Samsung Galaxy S III is going to hit the markets on May 3 but still there have been a lot of new rumours about its design and features.
A report suggested that new Samsung Galaxy S III will come in two color options, one in blue and black, and a second in white. There will be 16GB and 32GB models as well, and additional specs include 1.5GZ quad-core processor, 4.8 inch 1048p HD display, an 8 megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front facing camera, and 4G LTE connectivity.
Another report says that the Galaxy S III will also be the official device of the 2012 Summer Olympics.
“There could be simultaneous launch events in New York City, Seoul and Dubai,” BGR quoted cited sources as saying.
“One extra feature my source discussed was the use of eye-tracking, which Samsung is apparently calling ‘Human Interaction’. The phone’s front-facing camera is able to detect when you’re looking at the screen — when you’re writing a text for example — and is able to lock when you look away.”Tech2 reported citing sources.
The previous versions of Galaxy i.e., S I and II are already sold in millions of units so far. Started two years ago, Galaxy phones have led the Android market so far with tough competition from Apple and HTC.
The Samsung Galaxy S III is one the most anticipated smartphones of 2012, sharing the honor with the HTC One X and the iPhone 5.
