Karachi: Price of milk has been increased by Rs 10 per liter in Karachi, media reports on Monday.
The decision to increase the price was taken at meeting chaired by Commissioner Karachi Roshan Ali and attended Milik sellers and other stakeholders.
The new price of milk has now reached to Rs 70 liter, adding to the miseries of already poverty stricken people of Karachi.
It is pertinent to mention here that though the official decision was taken today but milk was already sold at Rs 70 and the administration has been reluctant to take any action in this regard.
