Khairpur: Home Minister Sindh, southern province of Pakistan, Mazoor Wasan has said that a list of extortionists has been submitted in Supreme Court.
“This list should be looked upon to see who is involved in extortion collection,: he said while talking with media at Khairpur, a norther city of Sindh
He ensured trades and protesting persons that if they all cooperate with law enforcers that would deal with extortionist with ease.
“I feel sorry about Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) Protest in Sindh Assembly. Whatever they would tell about taking action against extortion mafia, we would definitely do that.”
MQM, which has its base in Urban Sindh, is a coalition partner in Sindh province as well as in Pakistan’s federal goverment. It boycotted sessions of both national and provincial assemblies over issue of extortion.
The minister commenting on lawless said that elements who did not want peace in Pakistan were indulge in such criminal acts.
“Such elements would be dealt strictly to ensure peace in the country.”
