Karachi: Karachi Chief Akhtar Gorchani on Monday said that case against Balochistan chief minister son for torturing police constable was not withdrawn.
He said that the case still existed and action could not be taken as the accused had bail from the court.
Earlier, media reports said case had been withdrawn after a deal between police and Yadgar Raisani, a son of Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Aslam Raisani.
