Dubai: Pakistan cricket team on Thursday defeated England by 8 runs in first T20 and take a 1-0 lead in three match series in Dubai.
Despite expensive figures earlier on, but it was Umar Gul and Saeed Ajmal who tightened the noose in the final over.
Earlier, England won the toss and put Pakistan into bat. The green shirts scored 144-6 in their 20 overs with Shoaib Malik (39) and skipper Misbah-ul Haq (26) the main contributors. England’s GP Swann took  3 for 13 runs.
