Charsadda: Jamat-e-Islami (JI) chief Munawar Hussain on Sunday strongly condemned the US Congress resolution on Balochistan and termed that the resolution is against Pakistan sovereignty.
Addressing a public meeting at Charsadda, JI chief urged the government to work to resolve Balochistan issue.
He said that the government had announced ‘Balochistan package’ for the province but it was not implemented. He added that the government had dead bodies to the Bloch’s instead of working for the betterment of their lives.
He demanded the people not to vote the corrupt and tested leadership.
JI chief said that the wave of change had been started in the country, adding that darkness would be turned into brightness soon. “If we implement laws of shariya the way of revolution will not be far ahead,” he added.
