Rawalpindi: The Foreign Office has told anti-terrorism court (ATC), during the hearing of Mumbai terrorist attack, the probe commission will leave for India next month.
The foreign office also produced a notification inthis rtegard before the ATC during the hearing of Mumbai attack case held in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi.
Special judge Shahid Rafiqu was hearing the case. the commission would record statements of chief investigator into Mumbai attack, Ramesh Mahalay, female magistrate Ms RV SonBagolay and the doctors who carried out autopsies of attackers.
The commission would also examine evidences collected so far by the Indian investigator.
