London: Pakistan Muslim League-functional (PML-F) president and senior politician Pir Pagara has passed away at the age of 83 here in London on Tuesday.
Pir Pagara, Hazrat Pir Syed Mardan Shah II, was in a London hospital after being flown there a few days ago by air ambulance with a critical medical condition.
Pir Pagara was the biggest title given to the leader of Sunni Muslim Sufi order of Hurs in Sindh province of Pakistan.
His father Hazrat Pir Syed Sibghatullah Shah was hanged on 20 March 1943 by the British colonial government during his struggle against British Colonial Rule.
His dead body will be buried in his native town Pir jo Goth.
