Karachi: The Sindh High Court on Friday ordered that Mohajir Qaumi Movement-Haqiqi (MQM-H) Chairman be immediatly released if he is not wanted in any other case.
The SHC declared his detention under Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) release.
Meanwhile, Sindh Home Minister, Manzoor Wasna said that the government would implement the Sindh High Court (SHC) orders and would not take illegal measure on the behest of its allies.
He said that he had not met the MQM-H chief and not had any contact with him.
