Kabul: At least 10 persons including two police officials were killed in a roadside blast in northwestern Afghanistan, officials said.
The incident took place in Badghis province when a struck police vehicle killing two officers and eight civilians.
According to AFP, the civilians, from a same family, were onboard in another vehicle which was following the police vehicle.
A local politician told the agency that mine planted by the Taliban which hit a police vehicle in Qadis district Monday evening.
