Karachi: Police on Monday claimed to have arrested five suspects involved in targeting killing in Orangi town area of the metropolis.
Chaudhry Aslam, Senior Superintendent Crime Investigation Department (CID), told media that police on a tip off raided the area and captured five accused. He said that the accused belonged to two political parties and large number of sophisticated weapons, including Kalashnikov, G3 rifles, TT pistols and cartridges, was also recovered from their custody.
He said that the accused had killed 17 people in different parts of the city, including Shah Faisal Colony, Orangi Town and Baldia town.
