Karachi: The Home Department, Government of Sindh has granted a general waiver of penalty on late payment of arms license fees for previous years (from 2001 to 2010).
In a notification issued by the department, it is stated that the period of this relaxation is three months, thereafter fine shall be charged as usual. Licenses found defaulting on taxes for the last 05 years shall be treated as ‘cancelled’ and weapons liable to be confiscated.
