Jeddah: Scores of Pakistanis have been stuck in Saudi Arabia for the last four days who went there to offer the Umrah in the end of Ramazan to get the maximum reward from God.
According to sources around 132 passengers were present in Jeddah Airport but passengers were of the view that they were not being sent back despite passing four days.
According to sources the Saudi Airline plane hired by PIA administration for Umra operation was scheduled to lift Pakistani pilgrims but Saudi plane took off with Indian pilgrims. Over 12 hours passed as passengers have been stayed by PIA management, but the pilgrims were of the view that they want to spend the Eid with their families.
The desperate passengers said they had been stayed at a hotel after spending 24 hours in Jeddah airport while immigration officials had taken their passports and now they even could not move outside with documents.
