Brussels: Formula One (F1) World Championship leader Sebastian Vettel won the Belgian Grand Prix 2011 to extend his lead over other drivers this season.
His Red Bull teammate Mark Webber finished second, while Jenson Button finished third. The fourth spot went to Fernando Alonso, while Michael Schumacher was on the fifth place.
McLaren-Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton crashed out during the final race, he suffered a high-speed collision with Sauber’s Kamui Kobayashi.
It was Vettel’s seventh win of the season. And, he almost confirmed his victory in F1 World Championship with 259 points. His teammate Mark Webber is on the second spot with 167 points, while Fernando Alonso of Ferrari is on third place with 157 points.
