Kiev: A blast in a mine in the Lugansk region of Ukraine has killed 16 miners.
Ukraine officials said that the blast occurred at 01:57 am local time resulting in the deaths of 16 miners. They further said that 10 miners were still missing, while 2 miners have been shifted to the hospital
