Quetta: Inspector General Police (IGP) Balochistan Rao Hashim Ameen has said that the recommendations of the judicial commission into Kharotabad incident would be implemented.
Talking to media here on Thursday he said that the policemen involved in the incident would not be protected while they have been removed from check-posts.
Police and the Frontier Constabulary killed five Chechen nationals, including three women on May 17 and claimed the slain were suicide bombers.
A tribunal judicial tribunal was formed on May 25and as many as 18 people have registered their names with the tribunal to appear before it as witness to the gory incident, wherein the FC and police personnel cold-bloodedly murdered unarmed civilians. The tribunal is being headed by Justice Muhammad Hashim Kakar, Judge of Balochistan High Court (BHC).
