Fatehjang: A United States national has been arrested under espionage charge after found roaming near sensitive nuclear installations in Fatehjang, private TV channel reported on Saturday.
The arrested man identified as Mathew Craig staying at G-8 sector of Islamabad, sources say.
The man told the police that he lost his way and reached in this area. According to initial investigation Craig has arrived Pakistan on a business visa and staying in Islamabad for a long time after marrying a Pakistani woman.
Sources said the US national was traveling in a car No: EO-318 with number plate registered in Jacobabad.
It is worth mentioning here that the rift between the US and Pakistan is increasing day-by-day after the US unilateral raid in Abbotabad that killed Osama Bin Laden. Parliament of Pakistan has also passed a unanimous resolution against the US raid and warned strict measure if drone are not stopped.
