London: Former Pakistani wicket-keeper Zulqarnain Hiader, who fled London from Dubai during a series against South Africa, has revealed that father-in-law of Pakistan’s team wicket keeper Kamram Akmal was involved in gambling.
While talking to media persons at Heathero Airport before leaving for Pakistan Haider said investigation should be carried out against Kamran’s father-in-law. He said the person who called him in Dubai was seemed Indian.
Haider, who is returning Pakistan after five months, said Pakistan’s Interior Minister Rehman Malik has assured that security would be provided to him. He is arriving Pakistan through Pakistan Airport International (PIA)’s flight PK-786.
The former wicket-keeper said  he is in tension and wanted to take some rest and pass some time with his family after reaching Pakistan. After taking some rest he would restart playing cricket and then decided for his future, he added.
Hiader wished to replay for national team if Pakistan Cricket Board allowed him.
