Lahore: Pakistan Cricket team has left for West Indies tour from Allama Iqbal International Airport in the wee hours of Thursday.
Pakistan will play one Twenty-20, five one day international and two tests during the tour which is going to be start from April 21.
Shahid Khan Afridi will lead Pakistan in the only Twenty-20 and five ODIs while Misbah-ul-Haq will lead the team in two tests.
Three or four new players are expected to be given chance in the series.
Pakistan Team Manager Intikhab Alam has said that he is hopeful for the team victory.
Pakistan skipper Shahdi Afridi said it is a good sign that new players are being given chance to show their talent.
