Karachi: Record Coram non Judice officers have been hired in the government of Sindh, southern province of Pakistan, sources said on Monday.
According to Sindh High Court decision, contract officer could be appointed on any cadre post while contracts could be given only on non cadre posts. But seven contract officers have been appointed on key posts in Sindh police which is total violation of the court, the sources said.
The sources said that Ali Akber Bhangwar was taking incentives on two-year contract, while Consultant grade 21 Akther Memon was working as Additional Inspector General, Special branch of Sindh police.
Next hearing regarding the cases would be resumed in Supreme Court of Pakistan on April 6.
