Islamabad: Pakistan Prime Minster Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani would leave for India on Wednesday, upon the special invitation of his Indian counterpart Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh.
Sources said Gilani accepted the invitation of his Indian counterpart to watch semi-final match between Pakistan and India, after consultation with the military and political leadership.
The agenda for the meeting with Indian PM Will be finalized today (Tuesday) after consultation with the high-ups of foreign ministry.
Gilani wishes to make his tour meaningful through cricket diplomacy, by meeting with his Indian counterpart.
The meeting between PM Gilani and Dr. Manmohan is expected, before cricket match.
