Lahore: The Lahore High Court on Monday summoned Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on April 1, in a petition seeking recovery of missing families of Faizan and Fahim, who were killed by a CIA contractor Raymond Davis.
Chief Justice LHC Ejaz Chaudhry heard the case.Punjab government submitted its reply over the case and contended that the provincial government had no information about whereabouts of the victim families.
The court summoned Sanaullah over his statement that the families were in Rawalpindi.
Punjab governments ‘s counsel argued that Special Bracnh police and secret agencies also have no information about the families.
He prayed that the court should sought a reply from the federal government regarding disappearance of the families.On this the court sought a reply form Federal Interior Secretary Qamar Zaman Chaudhry
Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Lahor Aslam Tareen also appeared in the court.
