Rawalpindi: The Federal Investigation Agency(FIA) on Saturday submitted its compliance report regarding arrest warrants of former military ruler Pervez Musharraf in an anti-terrorism court in BB murder case.
The FIA prosecutor Chaudhry Zulfiqar also submitted correspondence of British Home Department in response to FIA communications regarding arrest of Musharraf who has been living in UK.
The prosecutor told the court that though Pakistan and UK had not signed extradition treaty Pakistan would request British government to hand over the former president.
He said that Interpol would also be approached to bring Musharraf back.
The court directed the FIA to produce Musharraf in the court and adjourned the hearing till April 2.
Earlier on Friday, Interior Minister Rehman Malik had revealed that all the killers and abettors had been arrested and a report would be produced in the Pakistan Peoples Party(PPP) Central Executive Committee (CEC) then it would be made public.
