Tripoli: Coalition air strikes targeted civilians in various Libya cities and also fired missiles on Libyan Naval base in Tripoli.
Allied air forces and tankers targeted Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi palace and public places as well, Libya state run TV reported. It said numbers of missiles were fired in Tripoli.
The TV reported that there is fear of number of causalities and hundred of injuries.
Allied forces fired missiles at Sirat Airport, the TV reported.
The air strikes also fired missiles in Sabha, the northern city of Libya.
The coalition air strikes also fired missiles several on Libyan Naval base in Tripoli. As a result, the base has been damaged, a foreign news agency reported.
Meanwhile, Gaddafi forces have taken control of Mistara city again, the TV claimed.
