Washington: The United States Defence Minister has said that all options including military offense are beingĀ discussed regarding over the situation of Libya.
Robert Gates said this while addressing a press conference with the US Chief of Staff Committee Admiral Mike Molen in Washington. He said the US had military ties with Libya but military ties with Libya are being reviewed again.
He says the US is sending hundreds of Marines, 2 amphibious ships to help with Libya evacuation & humanitarian relief.
Mike Molen said Iran could get benefit from the situation of Libya.
Earlier, Turkey and Russian rejected the US demand of military attack on Libya during the voting session of Security Council of the United Nations.
