Rawalpindi: An anti-terrorism court on Saturday acquitted two accused in Polish engineer murder case.
The two accused Shah Abdul Aziz a former MNA of Mutthida Majlis-e-Amal( MMA) and Attaullah were acquitted by the court for want of evidence
Shah Abdul Aziz was arrested in July 2009 for his alleged involvement in killing a Polish engineer.
Piotr Stanczak, a Polish geologist was abducted in September 2008 Â from the field camp of a Polish seismic survey company, in the jurisdiction of the Bosal police station in Jand tehsil of Attock district.
The gunmen before kidnapping the engineer killed his security guard Constable Mohammad Saleem, driver Inayatullah and assistant driver Mohammad Riaz.
